Oh the lure of simply popping a pill! Here's what you need to know...
1. Not all herbs work well in capsule form but stronger herbs like spices do.
2. What is your capsule made of? This matters because it must be broken down quickly in digestion.
Our capsules are 100% kosher beef gelatin; they break down well.
3. What's really in your capsule? Does it contain fillers and additives? Ours are 100% what they say
they. We hand encapuslate in our little shop so we know exactly what is going in it!
4. What is the shelf life? This is a biggie because dried herbs only have a shelf life of 1-2 years! So how
long your capsule sat on the shelf of a store and then the shelf of your cubbord matters. We are a small
business and encapsulate as needed. We do not mass produce and we have a very fast turn over on
our products, meaning they do not sit long on our shelves!
