Calm Tea

Calming for the upset stomach or the upset attitude. Calming for overactive children and /or nervousness and hyperactivity. Great flavor and naturally, slightly sweetened by the Fennel.

Contains:  Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Catnip, Fennel, Peppermint, Orange Peel, and Hibiscus 

Great for tummy discomfort or just simply to relax! 

Steep 1/3-1/2 cup loose leaf herbs in 1/2 gal water for 30 min or 1-2 tsp per 1 cup
